Still, I imagine you wish you'd scraped a 1-0 win yesterday.
I agree you've got an excellent chance of gaining a UEFA cup spot, given our recent record against Llanelli they must start as favourites for the final, as do you, and if they go on to win the league you'll qualify even if you lose

I would definately have accepted a 1-0 Craig given the poor performance and a European place by whatever set of circumstances although we must set out to win the cup and on a decent playing service are definately in with a shout.

There's still a lot of Football to play in the league though, and it's not beyond imagination that Rhyl could slip up again (although unlikely).
The Welsh Cup is a welcome bonus if we happen to qualify that way, although i'd much prefer to qualify for the UEFA cup as winners rather than by default to be honest.
What that does mean, is that arguably the 4 strongest teams in the WPL will represent Wales in Europe next season (most probably). That hasn't happened in a while either. _________________ Welsh Premier Clips on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/Peldroedcymru

6 games in your case.
I've said all along we'll finish 3rd. Bangor though much improved haven't been consistant enough throughout the season to merit 3rd place. You've got 3 tough looking games at Carmarthan and Neath twice to make sure you don't get caught from behind.
Just remember if we win the Welsh Cup and finish 3rd then 4th place becomes the intertoto spot

It looks like 4th place will get us Europe in some capacity anyway, although avoiding the Inter-toto would be a bonus.
Like I said before though, it'll be a change to see the 4 best sides all season representing Wales. Surely at least one will advance a round at least?
TNS would stand a chance in the UEFA I suppose? _________________ Welsh Premier Clips on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/Peldroedcymru

I would be very disappointed if we didnt get 3rd now after the weekend results, 2nd is still a possibility but obviously we have to win our game in hand and also beat TNS as well as win our other games and hope they lose again.
Yes it would be nice that the 4 best sides qualify for once.

I'm getting concerned that the bangor heroes won't hold on to 4th place but be overtaken by......aberystwyth _________________ Syni Rhyl - Cartre Stadiwm 3000 y Gogledd

well were back to winning ways and scoring as well and rhyl drew at aber so its all still to play for, rhyl got to play tns and bangor away so you never know but we also got neath home and away plus camarthen live on telly on saturday me think 5.15 k/o so i bet all the rhyl fans will be supporting camarthen then!anyway the league should be represented by the strongest teams in wales and maybe cardiff in europe next season and hopefully my passport will get some use _________________ nevs blue farrar road army

Unless you win it, only by the back door!
Told you 2 months ago you wouldn't catch us for 3rd, the gaps 12 points and you're struggling for 4th.
Still its an improvement and if you want to play at Belle Vue in Europe you'll have to pay well for the privilege.
I would say good luck but you know I can't

We only finished 3rd and people have lost interest. Doubt too many will travel to Bangor, with the token scheme and it being pretty meaningless other than a local pride thing.
This league's crap!
